PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items are not available to ship immediately but are scheduled to ship at a later date. This will be noted on the product page, see the image below for an example:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to almost every country. Orders are sent via FedEx and usually ship from our warehouse in 5-7 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.
APO & FPO ADDRESSES
APO & FPO addresses are military installations around the globe both international and domestic. Orders to these addresses can only be shipped with the United States Postal Service. Shipping to APO & FPO addresses with USPS can take up to 30 days in transit before receipt. We are unable to expedite this shipping service.
ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO
We are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with ground service. Air options (2 Day or Overnight) are the only available shipping services we can offer for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
AUTHENTICITY
We are an authorized retailer for all of the designers that we carry and all of our dresses are 100% original pieces. Our items come directly from our designers and are completely new and unworn. All items are inspected for defects before shipping. To verify our authenticity you can find our information on any of our designers personal websites under "Where to buy" or similar link. Our Return Policy
We take pride in our quality products and service, and we value our relationship with you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your item(s) back for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires.
Store credit will be issued for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs, discounts and promotions. A $12 return shipping label is available, which would be deducted from the store credit amount if you choose to use our label. The return label can only be issued for Domestic orders. Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Your order must be in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached. Please follow our very simple return process:

Make sure to include your order number in the request.
Advise if you would like an exchange or store credit. For exchanges, make sure to include the style, size, and color for the new order.
Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your RA number.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Please note all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. We do not accept return requests past 7 days of receiving your order.
Orders sent back without an RA number are subject to a 50% fee and will ultimately delay your store credit or exchange order.
Processing time for Returns is 2-4 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with your store credit number that you can apply to an order now or in the future. If you placed an exchange order you will receive an email when your order is shipped.
Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with, or damaged without prior notification your return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.
A Note About Sizing
All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.*
In-Stock Items If you wish to cancel an in-stock item from your order after it has been processed,* a 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
Pre-Order Items
If you wish to cancel a pre-order item from your order after it has been processed,* a 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment.
Special Order Items
Special Orders are unable to be cancelled as these items are cut specifically for you.

I bought this dress and it’s really bad the dress sparkles comes off easily
I just received this dress & I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase ever! The material outside is like cling wrap it sticks together & clamps up & cannot be straightened . Worst material EVER!! Then the glitter omg the glitter it comes off as soon as you put it on & sticks on everything you come in contact with. It looks so cheap! Please listen to this review & don’t waste your money, I should have listened to the previous review that I actually chose to ignore coz I thought how bad could the dress be at this sale price, I was wrong always listen to what people say
